Comfort Services sent John to us within a couple of hours of calling on a Friday night with temps in the single digits. John figured out that we had a wiring problem between our new furnace and our thermostat. He had heat restored to our house within a couple of hours.
Jon came to my house when I was told he’d be there and he even called me to give me a 30 min heads up. He thoroughly addressed what was needed and told me all of my options and prices. He had all of the equipment I needed in his truck which saved me a trip to Home Depot. And Jon told me it would take him about 25-30 min. And he was out the door with all garbage and mess with him in 30 min. I will only be using Comfort Services for my heating/cooling needs. They always take care of my issue quickly and efficiently.

The attempted duct cleaning was done by someone who was either not trained very well or dishonest. The main return ducts were vacuumed where it could be seen from the floor level. After the technicians left I started to see signs of a poor job. Large pieces of what should have been vacuumed out were stuck to the inside of the grate and/or laying on the top of the duct that was under the grate. I started removing the duct covers/grates and it was shocking since I was told that they were finished and the ducts were thoroughly vacuumed and “sanitized. When I removed the two main return air grates more areas became visible. On the ladder I could see what could not be seen from from the floor. It looked as though it was never touched. I took pictures of the work performed and sent them into the company along with a request for a full refund. After seeing the pictures they agreed to return my payment. To their credit, the service manager offered to come out and clean the ducts himself. We declined that offer. You can draw your own conclusions.
Paul Hague and his work associate did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner and furnace! I have forgotten his partner’s name, but they were BOTH friendly, courteous and answered ANY questions that I had. I have only had positive experiences with ALL of the staff at Comfort Services, over the years! I would recommend this company to everyone! Thank you for taking such good care of me.
